In a busy four-day week leading into the Easter break, there has been a number of jobs to complete.
Firstly was a large hardwood timber floor in a house at Fairfield. This house has been undergoing renovation and the last stage in the process was the flooring. The entire house polished in a satin polyurethane finish has finished it off.
Next was another house undergoing renovation at Camp Hill. This timber floor also finished in a satin polyurethane finish which I believe suits the old Queenslander.
Then was a large house at Bulimba which only changed hands on Tuesday. Previously polished timber floors and decking have been re-sanded and polished prior to the new owners moving in. Also at Bulimba was another house also undergoing renovation.
Lastly to round out the week was a re-sand and polish of a set of timber stairs at Coorparoo. These owners are preparing the house for sale and the stairs required a freshen up.
