In a busy four day week leading into the easter break there has been a number of jobs to complete.
Firstly was a large hardwood timber floor in a house at Fairfield. This house has been undergoing renovation and the last stage in the process was the flooring. The entire house polished in a satin polyurethane finish has finished it off.
Next was another house undergoing renovation at Camp Hill. This timber floor also finished in a satin polyurethane finish which I believe suits the old Queenslander.
Then was a large house at Bulimba which only changed hands on Tuesday. Previously polished timber floors and decking have been re sanded and polished prior to the new owners moving in. Also at Bulimba was another house also undergoing renovation.
Lastly to round out the week was a re sand and polish of a set of timber stairs at Coorparoo. These owners are preparing the house for sale and the stairs required a freshen up.
