Working around Brisbane this has been a busy first week back to work. Some of the work we have done this week includes;
Floor sanding and polishing of a large three-level house in Clayfield. This massive timber house is floored with Blackbutt timber and was re-sanded and polished to prepare the house for sale. The owners of this house had used rugs extensively on the floor however over time this had resulted in uneven aging of the old polyurethane finish.
Floor sanding and polishing of the internal floor and decking of a house at Geebung. This house is to be used as a business office and was finished in a polyurethane finish for its durability.
Floor sanding and polishing of a classroom at the Brisbane school Lourdes Hill. This wooden floor was finished in a water-based satin finish. With school resuming in a week this job needed to be completed quickly.
