During a typical busy week prior to Christmas Budget Floor Sanding was contracted to do the floor sanding and polishing in two new houses side by side in the Brisbane suburb of Gordon Park. Both of these houses had Tasmanian Oak flooring secret nailed to both the upper and lower floors with a connecting set of stairs.
Budget Floor Sanding then did the floor sanding to both the timber flooring and the timber stairs and applied three coats of a polyurethane finish, with the floor receiving a light sand between coats. In a busy total of four days the wooden floors and stairs were transformed from their raw state to beautiful polished floors. The houses now being one step closer to completion for the owners.
