Floor Sanding with Invisible Protect Timber Floor Finish

New timber floor coatings are constantly becoming available and one of the latest is a product produced by Loba called Invisible Protect. Budget Floor Sanding recently used this wooden floor finish on a Coorparoo homes hoop pine floor, to create an untreated Scandinavian Nordic timber floor look. The owners of this Queenslander home wanted to finish the floor in such a way that maintained the original look of the raw timber floor. This timber floor finish is designed to leave the coated floor in a natural state with the appearance as close as possible to the original raw timber floorboards. The wooden floor coating retains the natural appearance and feel of untreated wood. The almost invisible layer is extremely scratch-resistant and has outstanding chemical and wear resistance.

Polyurethane finished timber floors tend to darken the appearance of the floor when applied, but Loba Invisible Protect does not enhance or intensify the color of the wood floor. The timber finish is only available in a matt finish.
